Refund Policy

Straight and to the point - what happens if you cancel or if we bill you incorrectly.

1. No refunds on subscription payments

All payments made for a FieldSetu subscription are final. Once a plan is activated, we do not offer refunds - full or partial - for the current billing cycle. If you cancel mid-cycle, your plan remains active until the end of the paid period; no pro-rated refund is issued for unused days.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not trigger a refund for the current cycle.

3. Billing errors - the only exception

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly - for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation took effect - contact us at info@mainblu.com within 7 days of the charge with the transaction reference. Verified billing errors will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days.

4. Trial and free plans

The Trial plan is free of charge. No refund applies because no payment is taken.
